Burgess Shale fossils: Touted as one of the most important fossil discoveries on the planet, Yoho is home to two of the largest known archaeological sites.
Trainspotting: Established in 1883 as a railway work camp, this is one of North Americaâs steepest and most scenic railway lines with two unique spiral train tunnels and 25 to 30 trains passing daily.
Unique alpine environment: The sensitive alpine region of Lake OâHara offers an excellent trail network with extraordinary views of hanging valleys, crystal-blue lakes, and mountain vistas.
